We lack tenderness in life. We have to create it for ourselves, look for it in details.
We are a generation that in a cold, fast and increasingly brutal world is looking for tenderness, at the same time not knowing what to do with this tenderness. It's hard for us to talk about emotions, feelings and sensations, but we are hungry for them. We are incredibly loud and restless, but we are afraid of total silence. We are a generation of extremes, fast food and fast relationships. We want to be obscenely close, not necessarily for long. We are afraid of what we really want. We are overstimulated. Overtired. Annoyed. We all need to calm down.

h.art company – a group founded by Artur Grabarczyk – a dancer, filmmaker and teacher of the Gdańsk ballet school, of which he is also a graduate. After graduating from the NSCD in Leeds, he started working as a dancer at the Baltic Opera, he also danced at the legendary Scottish Dance Theatre, and collaborates with the French choreographer Didier Theron. After a period of cooperation with the Zawirowania Dance Theater in Warsaw, he returned to create in the Tri-City, where he invited, among others, Katarzyna Ustowska
(Dada von Bzdulov) and Róża Kołoda with whom he presented the performance “The Mist” at the Shakespeare Theater and “De Light”. “Incredibly Close” is the third performance created as part of the Art Spaces in Lublin project.
The performance was created as part of the Spaces of Art program financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance and the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute. The performance was produced by the Kielce Dance Theatre and the Lublin Dance Theatre and thanks to the support of the Pomeranian Culture Incubator and the General Ballet School. Janina Jarzynówny-
