It contains sensory objects that stimulate the nervous system through movement and touch. Allow yourself to freely, intuitively explore each of them. The quiet room is an opportunity to send a signal to your brain that you can rest, regain balance and well-being. You can roll, push and pull sensory objects, cover yourself with them, arrange them in any configuration – also on your body. Pressing down with a heavy pouf brings relief and allows you to relax. Placing your body on objects allows you to find the most comfortable position for your spine. Movement and playing with objects stimulate the nervous system to release tension and regulate emotions.
