These musicians have been active in the Polish music scene for years, co-founding bands such as Mitch & Mitch, Starzy Singers, Something Like Elvis, Contemporary Noise Quintet, Alameda, SOYUZ, T’ien Lai, Xenony, Hokei, and OPLA over the past 30 years.

The title of the quintet’s second album, “Pícaros”, released on Mystic Production, alludes to the broad concept of contemporary vagrancy and uprootedness on many different levels: cultural and traditional, social and geopolitical, psychological and genetic, and finally, aesthetic and artistic. The band eagerly utilizes a multitude of impulses to build musical structures with one primary function: bringing joy to those who play and those who listen.

As with their debut album, “Balance of Decay,” released on Antena Krzyku, the musicians draw heavily from diverse musical traditions from around the globe, unafraid of surprising and unconventional juxtapositions and aesthetic combinations. This creates a unique, explosive blend of sounds.
