The group combines multiple styles, from klezmer tones, blues sounds to looped interactions of ethno genres. The artists will present, among others, material from their latest album “Dr. Balkan”, which approaches Balkan klezmer in a unique way. Klezmafour is a band stretched between Lublin, Białystok and Warsaw, and it draws its inspiration from the klezmer tradition of these regions.

However, the collective approaches them in a completely innovative way, with rock energy and Balkan madness. The group consisting of classically educated musicians, has won two awards at the extremely prestigious International Jewish Music Festival 2010 in Amsterdam. This resulted in a well-received concert tour in the USA and Canada, where they performed in front of several thousand audiences alongside such celebrities as Balkan Beat Box, as well as numerous festivals abroad.

The band is a finalist of the “Must be the Music” program and a semi-finalist of “Poland Got Talent” programme. They have performed at such important festivals as Heineken Open’er, Przystanek Woodstock, Ethnoport Poznań, Lviv Klezmer Fest (Ukraine), Leeds Jewish Festival (Great Britain), Intercultural Days, Istanbul (Turkey).
