„Triangle of Sadness” is a crazy comedy, winner of the Golden Palm Award at Cannes, the action of which takes place on a luxury yacht, among the richest people in the world.
An ocean of champagne, a sea of money and a captain who always sails against the tide (a bravura performance by Woody Harrelson!) – this is how a cruise fit for our times begins. Celebrity model couple Carl (Harris Dickinson) and Yaya (Charlbi Dean) travel on the ship, but their trip quickly goes viral.
A sudden storm makes the seafood go back to where it came from and destroys the yacht, and with it blows up the entire social hierarchy. One of Europe's best directors, Ruben Östlund's laugh-provoking film (The Tourist, The Square) is a merciless satire on the rich
