Golden Lion Award for Best Director and Music at the 2018 Polish Film Festival.

Summer of 1945, Owl Mountains. In the middle of the forest there is an abondoned palace which is an improvised orphanage for the eight children from the Gross Rosen concentration camp. It seems that after the horrors of the camp, the feral children will come back to normal life in the new special place. The idyll is interrupted by the return of the nightmare. In the forest, there is a pack of wolf dogs that were set loose by SS members before the liberation of Gross Rosen. The hungry pack skilled in killing prisoners surrounds children in the orphanage. Attempts to get free fail. Without food or water children go wild again. Yet the true danger lies inside the palace.
