Successive releases only strengthened their position on the market. Now the band is back with the album “Time Out”.
Lonker See started out as an ambient-guitar duo that quickly turned into a quartet. The band members met for the first time in a recording studio in 2016. The result of this meeting is the band’s first album entitled “Split Image” released by MITW. Already on the first album you can see what is most important for Lonker See – the sound and own style of playing, which is created at the junction of four musical personalities that make up the LS.

Joanna Kucharska (Bass, vocals), Bartosz Boro Borowski (Guitars), Michał Gos (Drums) and Tomasz Gadecki (Saxophones) together create spatial music that intrigues, hypnotizes and draws the listener into a wide spectrum of musical genres. You can hear space rock, psychedelic music, jazz, free jazz and ambient. Long forms full of improvised elements are intertwined with very specific melodies and strong grooves, and the tension is built by skilful use of dynamics and emotions.
