The performance was created by the choreographer Krzysztof Skolimowski based on a text by Juliusz Grzybowski. The dancers who play the characters of the fairy tale are accompanied by live music performed by Mateusz Skolimowski, a music school student.
The fairy tale tells the story of Stan and his assistant Harold, two old men who have probably forgotten a bit that they are old men, meeting the mermaid Magda and looking for the treasure. I don’t think we should tell you everything, so let’s just say that everything ends well and that Stan and Harold will find the treasure, although it will not be what they expected.
