Marc Ribot is one of the most influential figures in the contemporary guitar scene.
He is revered for his distinctive, emotive sound. Hurry Red Telephone is his new project, full of unpredictability, in which jazz meets experimentation and each composition is like a journey into unknown sonic landscapes. Drawing on the traditions of free jazz and the avant-garde, the artists in Marc Ribot’s quartet explore new forms of expression, breaking genre boundaries.
