“Sun Ra: Do the Impossible” is a mesmerizing portrait of one of the twentieth century’s most extraordinary artists. Blending rare archival performances, intimate reflections from members of the legendary Sun Ra Arkestra, and insights from leading scholars, the film explores the life and legacy of a creator who transformed not only the language of jazz but also the way we imagine history, identity, and the future.
