The three “young and angry” musicians are accompanied on the stage by Antoni Gralak, one of the best Polish trumpeters and a legend of Polish off jazz.
100-nka has been playing since 2004. The trio, fascinated by radical improvisation, embarks on a several-month-long journey through Scandinavia. Soon after their return, they record their debut album alongside “Robotobibok” at the “Zdaerzenia” festival in Lublin, with a guest appearance by Mikołaj Trzaska. This and the next two albums were released as a result of the interest in the band of the prestigious NOT TWO label.
Since then, 100nka regularly performs, co-creates projects, records new albums and takes part in important festivals of the continent. The three “young angry” musicians are accompanied by Antoni Gralak, one of the best Polish trumpet players, a legend of Polish off jazz. Since that time Ziut Gralak often appears at 100nka’s concerts. The trio is gaining recognition and boldly establishes musical relationships with artists from around the world. They present the trend of contemporary European improvised music. A combination of acoustic music and electronics, tradition and modernity.The artists release their fifth album, recorded in the experimental Obuh Studio (Rogalów), using only analogue equipment. It is one of the last recording studios of this type in Europe.
