Polish premiere of the critically acclaimed film presented during many festivals, recognized as one of the greatest horrors of 2017.

The folk horror take place in the 15th century Alps. A young woman living in a remote area is haunted by the ghost of her dead mother. Superstitious and fearful neighbours see the heroine as a witch, and in her life the boundary between magic, reality and paranoia is blurring. This is the director’s feature debut, which he admits was influenced by the cinema of Andrei Tarkowski, Andrzej Żuławski and Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau. The atmosphere of anxiety is combined with delightful images. A grim story about women who have been rejected and slandered as witches. A masterpiece in the style of “The Witch”.
