HAI is a new, gifted child on the Lublin’s alternative scene. The band combines various musical influences, confronts eclecticism and coherence, psychedelic trips and original melodies.
Unconventional in terms of lyrics, full of original stage energy. They describe their music as circus and rain of confetti. Just before the release of their debut album, the band will premiere their music material. Young alternative Lublin’s musicians will perform as gusts: incl. Monika Kowalczyk, Jan Wąsak, Magda Kuraś or Łukasz Kukiełka.
Originally the project was a solo venture, playing in the current line-up since spring 2018. The band’s music wavers around an alternative with a mixture of rock, jazz, psychedelia and post-rock. Winners of the Grand Prix of the 8th National Festival of Artistic Song “Wschody”. Scholarship holders of the Lublin City Hall 2019. Winners of the2019 SPAM competition at the MCS University in Lublin. Participants of the Tak Brzmi Miasto music industry incubator. Finalists of this year’s Stage4You competition in Warsaw
They already released a concert EP, recorded at the Inner Courtyard of the Centre for Culture in Lublin, as well as a live video from the Fake Garden Session. At the end of 2019, the video for the single “In Air” was released.
