PANELISTS:

Vassilis Charalampidis – urban planner, designer, and cultural strategist based in Athens. He is the founder and artistic director of BIOS, an independent cultural organization operating at the intersection of art, urban culture, and the creative industry.

Mykhailo Glubokyi is the development director of the “IZOLYATSIA. Platform for Cultural Initiatives” foundation. Mykhailo has been a member of the foundation since 2011, implementing site-specific, participatory, and community-oriented cultural projects, as well as transforming various industrial sites into vibrant cultural spaces.

Michal Hladky – Managing Director of EIT Culture & Creativity, East Section; an experienced cultural manager with a proven track record in non-profit management. He specializes in urban planning, culture and the creative sector, computer-aided design (CAD), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and design research.

Michal Klembara – Director of Malý Berlín, a cultural organization based in Trnava, Slovakia. He works as a cultural manager in the field of independent culture and civil society in Central and Eastern Europe. He is a board member of the Trans Europe Halles network.

Maciej Rukasz – cultural photographer, visual artist, and digital marketing specialist. He has been associated with the Lublin cultural scene since 2005. Since 2013, he has worked at the Lublin Cultural Center and currently at the European Capital of Culture Lublin 2029. As part of the team, he is responsible for international relations, liaison with the European Capitals of Culture, ECoC Family, EU-Japan Fest, and organizing international visits.

Sara Vuletic – is an arts and culture strategist with over a decade of international experience in curating, managing programs, and institutional partnerships. She served as Program Director and International Partnerships Manager for the European Capital of Culture Novi Sad and as UNESCO’s Central Contact Point for Media Arts.
