The artist will present material from his latest album “Beautiful Installer”, which was released on November 29, 2019.
The title of the album was taken from the song with lyrics by Jan Kondrak, referring to the Jerzy Duda-Gracz’s painting. In 1995, Marek Dyjak performed this song and won one of the awards of the Student Song Festival in Cracow. As he says himself, “The song was of course slightly modified, previously it was terribly aggressive and vulgar, which gave me an award, but today nobody would like to play it on the radio, so for the needs of this album it was a little softened”.
On the album, Marek Dyjak performs this song in a duet with rapper Vienio. Other guests on the album are Renata Przemyk and Zosia Hiszpańska – a young violinist, who played the theme to the music from the film “Jasminum” by Zygmunt Konieczny. Robert Kasprzycki wrote the lyrics for the song “Miriam”. The singer admits that the sound and atmosphere of this album have changed a bit. He says, “It will be a different kind of music, I can’t describe it. You must listen. It seems to me that there has been some turn, some progression.”
The album also includes songs by Jan Kondrak, Robert Kasprzycki, Jacek Musiatowicz, Artur Andrus, Dariusz Miliński and Adam Strug, as well as a theme from the movie “Jasminum” by Zygmunt Konieczny. Marek Tarnowski, who has been working with the artist for years, as a member of his band, is responsible for the music production and development of the entire material.
