The competition photographs were taken during the International Review of Theatres of the Disabled – 27th Meeting of the Uninterrupted Trail Artists in Lublin in May 2017. A total of 240 photographs from 29 photographers were submitted to the competition. The photos were awarded in 5 competition categories: Actors, Around the Festival, Portrait, Artistic Look and “700 Drums for the 700th Anniversary of Lublin”. The competition had a total of 240 photographs from 29 photographers.

Special mentions and the Grand Prix award were also gawarded – a special distinction for the photo presenting in the best way the theme of this year’s theatre review – “Gypsy Meetings”. For the first time, there was a separate competition category for former winners – Reportage, consisting of a series of 5 photographs by one author. The competition was judged by a jury composed of: Mieczysław Goś, Mariusz Kuszpa, Michał Stanowski, Janusz Szymański, Zbigniew Wójcik and Karol Zienkiewicz. The competition is carried out during reviews of the theaters of the during the Review of Theatres of the Uninterrupted Trail Artists in Lublin, Brest and Lviv, with photographers from partner countries (Belarus, Ukraine and Poland) invited to participate in each of the editions.
