This initiative is based on workshop sessions focused on choreographic material from the performance “The Roots”, choreographed by Kader Attou, founder of Compagnie Accrorap. Its objective is to adapt excerpts from the original production with Polish street dancers.

Nine dancers selected during auditions led by Bouba in October this year have been invited to collaborate during the November festival and perform live on stage at Galeria Labirynt on November 11.

The performance achieved enormous international acclaim, completely redefining how street dance is perceived within the theatre space.
