She has performed and recorded with such musicians as: Krzysztof Komeda, Bobby McFerrin, Herbie Hancock, Nina Simone, Sting and many others. She has performed in almost all countries in Europe, Asia and both Americas, including the famous Carnegie Hall in New York and during the Newport Jazz Festival. The artist has an extraordinary vocal range; she was compared to Yma Sumac, a Peruvian singer with a 5-octave scale. Freedom and perfection of intonation as well as vocal technique gained her the opinion of an original and creative artist. She is known for using a classic vocal technique called “scat”. She is a master of this, popular in jazz, way of singing, based on imitating the sounds of instruments. During the concert in Lublin, Urszula Dudziak’s repertoire will include the artist’s favorite songs from her studio albums, as well as other jazz performers such as Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Bobby McFerrin.
