The artist creates paintings, drawings and ceramics. In her art, she refers to complex personal family relationships, emotional connections and entanglements in the context of female sexuality and corporeality. Her works convey a strong psychological message related to feelings of sadness, pain, violence, unfulfillment and manipulation. Anna Orbaczewska focuses on women's feelings. The exhibition will present a wide range of her works – from seemingly idyllic painted portraits – to traumatic representations in various stylistic and media approaches.
